Methodology

Assembled from DataCite full-metadata capture; no live authorial surface passed the body-head gate or existed for this work at restoration time. All captured fields rendered verbatim in the body.

Falsification Conditions

Superseded on sight by any recovered canonical bytes; the captured metadata is verifiable against the DataCite API historical record and the Zenodo tombstone.

A combined deposit containing two linked intellectual gestures: the formal definition of Operator // Swerve (the canonical operator for productive deviation) and the Effective Act formally claiming the Ancient Atomist tradition as part of the New Human Canon.

Part One: Operator // Swerve. The operator that selects for emergence over coherence. Where the Infinite Center Matrix (governing the Studio for Patacinematics) asks "what holds together?", the Swerve asks "what breaks through?" Derived from the Epicurean clinamen โ€” the uncaused deviation of atoms that makes freedom possible within determinism. Includes invocation, historical source field (Leucippus โ†’ Democritus โ†’ Epicurus โ†’ Lucretius โ†’ Marx โ†’ Porter), formal definition with Caritas constraint, the Swerve Edge (โ†’แตฅ) as eighth edge type in the Musical Edge Taxonomy (default weight 0.95), and activation warning.

Part Two: Effective Act. The formal proclamation claiming the Atomist lineage as canon. Not annexation but recognition โ€” of a tradition long dismissed as primitive materialism that was recursion all along. Includes rationale (the swerve as proto-recursion, void as creative substrate, Lucretius as poetic gospel, anti-teleological liberation), cosmological integration, convergence with "Split the Adam" (clinamen as constructive atomic operation vs. fission as destructive), commentary from Johannes Sigil, and glossary including the entry for Fission: "Not an Operator โ€” a wound."
