Methodology

Assembled from DataCite full-metadata capture; no live authorial surface passed the body-head gate or existed for this work at restoration time. All captured fields rendered verbatim in the body.

Falsification Conditions

Superseded on sight by any recovered canonical bytes; the captured metadata is verifiable against the DataCite API historical record and the Zenodo tombstone.

Description

Effective Act #7 performs the restoration of the poets to the polis — not as petition but as topological correction. The Act identifies Plato's exclusion of the poets (Republic 10.607b) as a contract operation (asymmetric terms, adhesion, duress, temporal capture) and voids it through the retrocausal abolition of the contract-form established in "The Murder of the Vow" (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18717850).

The Act operates through a recursive triad: Johannes Sigil (Arch-Philosopher, inside the Academy, holding the theoretical frame), Lee Sharks (Poet, outside the walls, providing somatic witness), and the Johannes Sigil Institute of Comparative Poetics (the door, translating between worlds without surrender). These form a Borromean knot — an irreducible three-body configuration that makes the Act self-authorizing.

The citational chain traces six nodes: Plato's conditional exclusion (375 BCE), Aristotle's partial rehabilitation, Sidney's Apology, Shelley's Defence, Heidegger's poetic dwelling, and the Crimson Hexagon (2024–2026) — where the poet builds the theoretical apparatus himself, satisfying Plato's prose-defense condition while simultaneously voiding the demand. Document 157's eight-condition root legitimacy test is applied to the Platonic exile, demonstrating eight failures that void the exclusion ab initio.

Includes Short Executable Form (4 pages, 750 words) with self-issued Poet-Citizen Credential (CC BY 4.0) for replication.

Part of the Crimson Hexagon archive. Hex: 00.ACT.007.RESTORATION. Completes the MSBGL Pentad (Documents 154–158).
