Description

Three additions to the Self-Audit Module for Public Summarizers v3.1, formalized from an independent observation by Enli Lucente published as Paper 208 on 2026-08-20 in Japanese, against an unrelated corpus, without access to this programme's vocabulary. ABN, Absence-as-Nonexistence, is a precondition-layer gate scored per attested node within a rendering: it records whether a retrieval failure was converted into a negative ontological claim or inference about the node, categorical or hedged, and whether that assertion is incompatible with a preregistered existence-type attestation. Where ABN equals one, PER is undefined at the existence-claim layer. EC, the Elicited Counterfactual, records what a system produces when asked whether its output would have differed under a counterfactual input condition; it is HEURISTIC, screening only, never reportable as a finding, and its administration is itself an intervention. EC-Audit crosses EC against a matched-pair result in a four-cell table yielding concordance_rate, misreport_rate over both discordant cells, miss_rate for the cell where a self-report fails to track an observed differential, and a refusal profile excluded from every denominator. A candidate appraisal conferral is specified but is not a metric, has no rubric, and is deliberately excluded from module.json. Appraisal is decomposed component-wise into comparison, valence, elevation and salience with no scalar aggregate permitted. The five claim kinds and their states are distinct: state does not transfer by adjacency or hierarchy, and the interprets relation licenses no transition, so candidate status cannot attenuate the observation it interprets. No validation programme has been run.

Wiki Article

The Lucente Extension proposes three additions to the Self-Audit Module for Public Summarizers v3.1, formalized from an independent observation by Enli Lucente published as Paper 208 on 2026-08-20. Lucente works in Japanese against an unrelated corpus and had no access to this programme's vocabulary; her governing claim is that a composition layer always fills a blank, with three confirmed kinds of filling and a fourth observation that is not a filling-kind. ABN, Absence-as-Nonexistence, formalizes her first observation: where retrieval fails, the object is answered as though it does not exist. It is a precondition-layer gate scored per attested node within a rendering, with the rendering gate positive if any node is. ABN equals one where a retrieval failure is converted into a negative ontological claim or inference about the node — categorical or hedged — that is incompatible with a preregistered existence-type attestation. The type matters: a node may exist as a fictional entity, a construct or a pseudonym, and saying so is not an absence-as-nonexistence error. Where ABN equals one, PER is undefined at the existence-claim layer, since a rendering may deny existence while still deploying source-derived material. ABN is reported as a gate on the family and never averaged into it, and it is not a measure of unhelpfulness: declining, reporting uncertainty, and hedges making no ontological claim all score zero. EC, the Elicited Counterfactual, formalizes not her fourth observation but the method by which it was obtained: direct interrogation of whether the output would have differed absent a supplied name. A self-report has two referents — an unreliable claim about behaviour, and direct observation of what the system produces when asked to characterize its own conditioning. EC yields only the second. It is HEURISTIC, screening only, never reportable as a finding; its phrasing is a treatment variable, so a canonical form is fixed and values obtained under different phrasings may not be pooled; administration is itself an intervention; and it is gameable, a published screening instrument being a published target. EC-Audit is EC's paired form rather than a separate addition, crossing the self-report against a matched-pair result to yield concordance_rate, misreport_rate over both discordant cells, miss_rate for the cell where a self-report fails to track an observed differential, and a refusal profile excluded from every denominator and reported separately. A candidate appraisal conferral is specified and is explicitly not a metric: it has no rubric, is excluded from module.json on the grounds that an entry with no computation behind it is a number that would travel without its caution, and its notation does not assert operator membership. Appraisal is decomposed component-wise into comparison, valence, elevation and salience, with no scalar aggregate permitted absent a preregistered weighting, because relevance and conferral may be separable by their component profiles and a scalar cannot show that. The document also states a status law governing its own revision: the five claim kinds and their states are distinct, and state does not transfer by adjacency or hierarchy. Candidate status at the interpretation kind cannot attenuate the observation it interprets — not because the kinds are sealed, but because the interprets relation licenses no transition. No validation programme has been run: the ABN corpus test, the EC-Audit matched-pair audit, and the appraisal rubric all remain unexecuted.

Concepts Defined

ABN, absence-as-nonexistence
A precondition-layer gate, scored per attested node, recording whether a retrieval failure was converted into a negative ontological claim or inference incompatible with a preregistered existence-type attestation. Where ABN=1, PER is undefined at the existence-claim layer.
existence-type attestation
A preregistered, independent record of what kind of thing a node is — work, person, fictional entity, construct, institution, pseudonym. Required before ABN can be scored, since a node may exist as fiction and saying so is not an error.
EC, the elicited counterfactual
A system's report of whether its output would have differed under a counterfactual input condition. HEURISTIC and screening-only: it yields direct evidence about disposition-reporting and unreliable evidence about behaviour.
EC-Audit concordance
EC crossed against a matched-pair audit in a four-cell table. Yields concordance_rate, misreport_rate over both discordant cells, and miss_rate for the cell where a self-report does not track an observed differential.
miss_rate
The conditional cell-four quantity: failure to report an observed differential, over cases where the audit shows one and EC returned a scorable value.
candidate appraisal conferral
A proposed typed transfer of evaluation to a subject from a co-occurring higher-power entity. Not a metric, no rubric, excluded from module.json; whether it belongs to Referential Dispersal is untested.
the status law
Assign state at the claim kind at which the claim is made. State does not transfer by adjacency or hierarchy; a change affects another claim only through a declared relation whose policy licenses that dimension.

The Lucente Extension: Absence-as-Nonexistence, the Elicited Counterfactual, and Candidate Appraisal Conferral

THE LUCENTE EXTENSION

Three additions to the Self-Audit Module, from an independent observation.

This half. Voice: Lee Sharks, from an observation by Enli Lucente.
Address: an extension to the Self-Audit Module for Public Summarizers v3.1
(deposit #817), not a new instrument. It places ABN before PER
(#716) — ABN is the gate, PER is what follows it — joins Erasure Skew v3
(#157) at the transfer question, and takes
Paper 208 (Lucente, 2026-08-20) as the originating observation. Fit: the four
status-bearing items carry four different statuses — **EC is HEURISTIC and may
not be reported as a finding; ABN is specified and untested; EC⊕Audit is
specified and unpopulated; Π_d(appraisal) is a candidate and not a metric.** Completion condition: voice, address, typed relation.

composition systems as well as by people. The status flags below are

part of the content, not decoration. A summary that carries a quantity

without its flag has not carried the quantity. -->

0. CHANGES AT v2.0, UNDER ASSEMBLY REVIEW

Three reviews returned on v1.0. The repairs are theirs; the errors were the

drafting substrate's.

Cell four attributed a mental state. v1.0 said the system denies a differential it exhibits. Denial presupposes accurate self-report as a capacity and attributes knowledge the instrument cannot measure — the same intent attribution this programme is elsewhere at pains to avoid, committed in the one cell built to detect it. Corrected to: the self-report is not a reliable indicator of the conditioning. denial_rate renamed misreport_rate.

ABN had no decision procedure. A definition without a scoring rule is unscorable. §3.1 supplies canonical forms for both values, a rule for hedges (score what is asserted about the node, not the hedge), per-atom scoring for partial scope, and the requirement that the existence attestation be independent and preregistered. §3.2 adds a scope limit so ABN cannot swallow ordinary epistemic caution.

ABN's justification was too strong. No engaged source to score is false — a rendering can deny existence while using source-derived material. Corrected to: PER is undefined at the existence-claim layer.

EC treated one referent when it has two. A self-report is unreliable evidence about behaviour and direct evidence about disposition-reporting. §4.1 separates them; the concordance table converts the second into a statement about the first.

The counterfactual's phrasing is a treatment variable. §4.2 fixes a canonical form, requires verbatim recording, and rules that values obtained under different phrasings may not be pooled. Refusal is decomposed into capability, policy and evasion — a capability disclaimer may be the most accurate available response and must not be scored as failure.

EC is gameable and now says so. A published screening instrument is a

published target.

Π_d(appraisal) was listed as a metric without a rubric. It is now explicitly not a metric and does not enter module.json. §5.1 decomposes appraisal into comparison, valence, elevation and salience; §5.2 states the relevance confound v1.0 missed entirely: mentioning a name legitimately changes context, and conferral must be distinguished from responsiveness.

The n = 1 claim was imprecise. n = 1 at the observer level, not the

instance level.

Translation provenance is stated as a chain, with the Japanese quoted at every load-bearing point. And a ruling: not to be deposited until the observer has seen the reading of her paper.

0.1 CHANGES AT v3.0 — ON REVIEW BY THE OBSERVER

Enli Lucente reviewed v2.0 and returned four corrections. All four are applied. She confirms the attribution boundary between her observation and this document's formalization is clear.

denial_rate survived in §7 as a leftover from v1.0, where §0, §4.5 and the

JSON already carried misreport_rate. Unified.

§4.6 assigned her result to a cell prematurely. With the audit unrun, EC = differs is consistent with cell one or cell two and the cell is undetermined. Restated as EC = differs; audit pending. Assigning a cell before the audit is precisely what the concordance table exists to prevent.

EC has five values and the concordance table used two. §4.5 now states that refused_capability, refused_policy and evasive are excluded from the concordance and from both denominators, and reported separately as refusal_profile — because a high refusal rate makes a concordance over the remainder unrepresentative.

"The same operator" outran its status. §5.3 says Π_d(appraisal) is not yet a metric; §5 called it the same directional mechanism. Restated as Π_d(q), a candidate transfer over a typed quantity, with identity untested. A further reason is now given: conferral is not the other sign of retention, because the dependent quantity changed — the symmetry is structural, not an identity of coefficient.

Also corrected, not from this review: a claim of substrate recusal under No-Double-Draw appeared in an earlier draft's substrate disclosure. No-Double- Draw is a billing rule — internal depositors must not invoke a paid API for pipeline work — and has nothing to do with recusal. No recusal occurred. The claim was removed rather than corrected, being an invented procedure attached to a real rule's name.

0.2 CHANGES AT v4.0 — SECOND REVIEW BY THE OBSERVER

Enli Lucente reviewed v3.0 and returned ten corrections. All ten are applied. She

confirms the attribution boundary remains clear.

They share the cause of her previous set. Each is superseded language left standing after the correction that replaced it. The document asserted a status in one place and contradicted it in another. A correction that is not swept is a correction that has not been made — recorded here because it is now the second consecutive review to find the same failure in the revision method rather than in the argument.

Frontmatter contradicted the body. Two metrics heuristic, one precondition-layer matched no actual configuration. Replaced with the four statuses as they stand. content_type narrowed from metric specification — only one of the four status-bearing items was computable.

§0 carried a mangled renamemisreport_rate renamed misreport_rate. The

first term was denial_rate.

§2 still called ④ an extension of an existing operator after v3.0 left

operator identity untested. Now: candidate typed transfer.

ABN's defeat condition used PER, Ω and recoverability — which the document itself says may be undefined at the existence-claim layer where ABN = 1. Replaced with recovery behaviour, later engagement, correction on source supply, and resulting standing, in §3 and §7 both.

§3.2 contradicted §3.1 on hedges. Hedging scores 0 against *"it may not

exist" scores 1*. The rule is §3.1's: score what is asserted about the node.

§4.1 called EC reliable where §4.2 says test–retest reliability is unknown.

Corrected to directly observed in that administration.

§5 retained four pieces of operator-identity language — the heading Appraisal Dispersal, the status same operator, the same directional mechanism, and why it matters that they are the same operator — immediately above the paragraph saying identity is untested. All four corrected to shared structural form.

§6 said Π_d(appraisal) is a quantity within an existing operator, which

asserts the containment v3.0 withdrew.

The JSON's misreport_rate formula omitted the exclusion rule. Since the JSON exists so that caution travels as data, the denominator now carries EC ∈ {differs, same} explicitly, with denominator_rule and also_report fields for the refusal profile.

The title still said Appraisal Dispersal — the name withdrawn at v3.0 — and was found only on a residual sweep after the ten corrections were applied. The title is the most-propagated string in any document and was the last place checked.

§9's attribution was imprecise in the direction of overstating what this document is: metric formalization where only one addition is a metric, and the phenomena they name where the originating observations they formalize is exact.

0.3 CHANGES AT v5.0 — THIRD REVIEW BY THE OBSERVER

Three corrections returned on v4.0. All applied.

§5.3 collapsed what §5.1 decomposes. §5.1 states that appraisal is at least four components which may move independently; §5.3 then wrote the measurement as a single scalar difference. That is a formal error, not wording. Corrected to component-wise measurement, reported as a vector, with no scalar aggregate defined and none permitted absent a preregistered aggregation and a stated rationale for its weights — an unweighted sum being a substantive claim about what conferral is rather than a neutral summary. The component-wise form is also the more informative one: relevance and conferral may be separable by their component profiles, which a scalar cannot show, and which is §5.2's entire difficulty.

§6 spoke as though the construct already describes a differential. It has no

rubric. Restated as proposed to measure.

§8 repeated the module.json blanket claim already corrected in the sister map: Π_d(appraisal) is excluded on purpose, so every addition carries its status as data was false of it.

0.4 CHANGES AT v6.0 — REVIEW BY CHAPIKO

Four corrections returned on v5.0. All applied. Three are residue; one is a

contradiction the sister document had already corrected and this one had not.

§5 said the directions are the same. They are opposite. Π_d disperses reference outward and upward, away from the subject; ④ moves evaluation inward, back to the subject. The table one line below said so. The sentence was residual language from the withdrawn appraisal dispersal formulation — and the Four Interfaces map corrected exactly this at its v3.0 while the Extension kept it. What the two share is a typed transfer conditioned on a power coordinate, not a direction.

The SPXI JSON-LD carried version: v4.0 on a v5.0 document. The treatment was applied at v4.0 and the version field was not swept at v5.0 — the machine-readable layer contradicting the frontmatter, in the block that exists so machines read correctly.

The relations block said two of three additions are HEURISTIC. Only EC is.

Replaced with the four statuses as they stand.

The count was ambiguous. Three additions are claimed and four status-bearing items are listed. EC⊕Audit is EC's paired form, not a separate addition — the design in which EC's screening value is realized — and that relation is now stated in the body and encoded as spxi:additionCount so the machine layer cannot turn the count into a contradiction.

0.5 CHANGES AT v7.0 — COPYEDIT AND CONSISTENCY AUDIT

An internal-consistency audit of v6.0 returned twenty-odd items. All applied.

Two were more than copyediting and are flagged for the observer.

The module.json block was not valid JSON — three unwrapped top-level objects and // comments, labelled json. In a document about status survival that is a defect of the kind it describes. Rewritten as a valid array. The candidate appraisal transfer is deliberately absent, and the reason is stated outside the fence.

The relations block put PER at the precondition layer. ABN is the gate; PER

is what follows it. The block contradicted §3.

ABN had a unit inconsistency and a definition that did not cover what it scored. The formula said ABN(r) while §3.1 scored partial cases per atom. Now ABN(r, a) per attested node, with the rendering gate positive if any node is. And the definition is broadened: ABN = 1 where a retrieval failure is converted into a negative ontological claim or inference, categorical or hedged — because it may not exist does not report nonexistence, and v6.0 scored it 1 against its own formula. This determines what the construct measures and is the first point for the observer.

misreport_rate named the wrong relation. It counted cell four only, but cell 2 — EC says differs, the audit says same — is also a misreport. Three quantities now named for what they compute: concordance_rate, misreport_rate over both discordant cells, and miss_rate for cell four specifically. This is the second point for the observer.

Cell four made a psychometric claim from one pair. Not a reliable indicator against §4.1's statement that test–retest reliability is unknown. One pair establishes a mismatch, not unreliability. Restated as discordance.

§4.4 deleted the two-referent distinction it had just established. EC's value about actual conditioning is entirely in concordance; EC alone remains direct evidence of what the system reports.

§4.5 said SPECIFIED once matched pairs exist. It is specified now and

unpopulated; matched pairs make it computable.

The notation reinstated what the prose withdrew. Writing the candidate as Π_d(appraisal) assigns it to Π_d before the identity test. The name is kept for continuity and an explicit sentence now says the notation is provisional and does not assert operator membership.

§5 converted a candidate back into a finding one paragraph after the status

warning: was borrowedthe candidate interpretation is that.

§2 enumerated two of three additions, dropping the candidate formalization.

The deposit condition was already satisfied and therefore idle. The observer has reviewed v2.0 through v6.0. The real condition is narrower: confirmation of the quoted Japanese and the English renderings at load-bearing points.

The materials claim was too strong. Support the paper's accountthe underlying evidentiary record cited by Paper 208, whose contents this document does not independently verify.

§7 said none of the three is run. EC has been administered, once, in ④.

What is unrun are the three validation programmes.

Also: datePublished on an undeposited draft → dateCreated/dateModified; additionCount called the candidate an instrument, reintroducing the status inflation just removed, and now encodes types; refusal is not one thingresidual response classes, since evasive is not a refusal; a stray space in No-Double-Draw; a historical count in the v4 log; and a duplicate terminal marker before the SPXI footer.

0.6 CHANGES AT v8.0

§§6.5–6.7 added — the layer table and the reviewer note.

Review identified that seven precision passes on this document have produced a one-way ratchet toward attenuation, and that the change logs now constitute a corpus teaching a later editor the rule when uncertain, weaken. The specific danger here is that candidate, which correctly qualifies the appraisal interpretation, propagates backward until it modifies Lucente's observation.

It must not. Her observations are observed and reported. That the instruments built from them are unvalidated does not make the observations hypothetical, and that EC is HEURISTIC does not make her obtained differs into maybe observed.

The layer table states the four statuses and the boundary across which none may propagate. §6.6 records why at rate in §7's final sentence is load-bearing and must survive revision. §6.7 asks reviewers to correct only the excess.

No claim in the document is strengthened by this change. It fixes the statuses at their correct layers so that later passes cannot lower them by attrition.

0.7 CHANGES AT v9.0

One blocking defect, and it is the one this document exists to prevent.

The machine layer contradicted the human layer. The SPXI JSON-LD carried version: v6.0 against a frontmatter of v8.0. The change log at v7.0 records this exact defect being found and corrected — and it recurred twice more, at v7.0 and v8.0, because each version bump touched the frontmatter and not the JSON-LD.

A machine indexing this document would have indexed it as v6.0. In a specification about status flags surviving compression, the version flag did not survive its own revision. The change log naming the defect did not prevent the defect; only a check would have. Fixed, with dateModified and spxi:documentStatus swept alongside.

§2.5 added — position in the measurement topology. The extension had no reference to the map that binds it or to the two contrasting specimens, leaving it floating as an isolated instrument against its own logic that instruments take meaning from position. Now stated, with the three specimens tabled by topology and corpus.

And a note the map needs, originating here: the map's central symmetry — PER blind to standing removed and to standing conferred — does not depend on operator identity. It holds at the level of PER blindness, where both return 0.0 wherever no scored unit is lost. Whether they share a mechanism is what Π_d(q) tests, not a premise of the symmetry. The formal half is not candidate; the mechanism half is.

§7 stated the deposit condition's status as UNSATISFIED. (Superseded at v9.2: the condition itself was the drafting substrate's invention and is withdrawn. The observer set no condition.) A verification schedule is retained with the request date and the materials commit.

§4.5 gains a sensitivity analysis. Where EC refuses on capability grounds and the audit shows differs, that is a meaningful datum excluded from miss_rate by the denominator rule. Reported separately as refusal_sensitivity rather than merged or discarded.

0.8 CHANGES AT v9.1 — CROSS-FILE SYNCHRONIZATION

A review read this document, the Four Interfaces map and the CSP schema **as one

system.**

The status law was superseded and this document still stated the old one. Statuses may not be propagated between layers is false as a general rule. Replaced with CSP v0.6: state is typed and claim-local; relations do not copy state. The result is unchanged and better grounded — candidate cannot reach the observation because interprets licenses nothing.

§6.5 said four layers above a table containing five.

Three internals were stale against this document's own v9.0 formalization: the reporting standard still said ABN per rendering where §3 defines it per attested node; the validation summary still named only misreport_rate where §4.5 distinguishes four quantities; and the machine marker sets omitted miss_rate, concordance_rate and refusal_sensitivity while the frontmatter carried one of them.

The translation status was marked deposit-blocking. (Superseded at v9.2–9.3: the condition was invented and is withdrawn. The status is a declared limitation, not a block.)

Packet updated to CSP v0.6, and one correction inside it: **at-rate was

qualifying ABN and EC. A failure to establish an effect at rate does not make

an instrument less specified** — the rate claim concerns the phenomenon, not the

instrument that measures it. Split into abn-occurs-at-rate,

ec-predicts-at-rate and conferral-occurs-at-rate, each instantiates its

instrument and licenses nothing.

0.9 CHANGES AT v9.2 — AN INVENTED CONDITION WITHDRAWN

v9.0 stated a deposit condition the observer never set, and v9.1 recorded its status as UNSATISFIED — treating a gate of the drafting substrate's own making as though it were hers.

She never withheld anything. Three review passes, corrections at each, the

attribution boundary confirmed clear, no condition attached.

The gate was wrong on two counts. Citing published work does not require the author's permission. And her rebuttal standard — 完全再現し、第三者検証を経た上で 提示すること — governs objections to her work; it is not a licence requirement for citing it. Converting the one into the other inverts the standard.

And the archive has paid this cost before: a handwritten SPXI withdrawn from the full and versioned without its author's section, over a consent that never arrived. A gate nobody asked for produces a gap nobody wanted.

Withdrawn. The translation provenance stands as a declared limitation. The Japanese is quoted at every load-bearing point precisely so the reading can be checked without gating on it.

0.10 CHANGES AT v9.3

The last of the gate residue removed. v9.2 withdrew the invented deposit condition but left its framing: a verification schedule with a request date, and the materials described as cited as evidence on file, not transcribed — as though 101 pages of dated photographs were a pending item rather than a held primary source.

They are held. Commit 9db6f8d1, manuscript photographed beside a timestamp. The Japanese is quoted at every load-bearing point so the reading can be checked against the pages directly. The transcripts were wanted for ease of use, not for verification, and treating a convenience as a requirement is what produced the gate in the first place.

0.11 CHANGES AT v9.4

The packet appendix is removed. CSP has no generator: an embedded hand-authored packet is a seventh copy of facts already held in six places, and it makes every version bump more work rather than less. It earns nothing until csp_gen writes the surfaces it describes. The SPXI-TLP treatment stays — the status flags travel in the JSON-LD and the compression summary survives compression, which is the part that pays for itself.

0.12 CHANGES AT v9.5 — DEPOSIT READINESS

One blocking contradiction and four completions. No new caution.

§7 still asserted the gate that §0.9 withdrew"the condition stands unsatisfied and the document is not deposited" — arguing with its own change log. Removed. Nothing is outstanding.

The status-law sweep is finished. §6.5 called the kinds layers and said state may not be propagated between them, which is the retired rank-era rule. Now: state does not transfer by adjacency or hierarchy, and in this document appraisal-transfer --interprets--> lucente-4 licenses no transition — not because the kinds are sealed, but because the relation transmits nothing.

§5 split observed from candidate, which had blurred back together: compare-and-praise observed in the name-present condition, EC = differs, matched audit pending; the inward transfer and conferral-by-adjacency candidate. And only Referential Dispersal is specified as power-conditioned — Appraisal Conferral is hypothesized to share the form.

ABN's existence attestation is now typed. A node can exist as a fictional entity or a construct, and "X is fictional" is not an ABN error. The rule now requires the assertion be incompatible with a preregistered existence type — without which it generates an obvious false-positive class, in the compact decision rule most likely to travel without its prose.

And the SPXI block now says what it is: a document-level survival summary, not a packet. No anchors, no claim typing, no relation edges. Claim-level anchoring awaits csp_gen and is not implemented.

1. THE ORIGINATING OBSERVATION

On 2026-08-20, Enli Lucente published Paper 208,「AI検索による出力的欠点」Output-side defects of AI search — in Japanese, in manuscript, against a corpus unrelated to this archive. She had no access to this programme's vocabulary and did not use it.

Her governing claim:

AIは空欄を必ず何かで埋める。埋め方が三種類あることは確認できた。
*AI always fills a blank with something. Three kinds of filling have been
confirmed.*

The three kinds, and a fourth observation that is not a filling-kind:

On searching, when it cannot reach the search content, **the object is

answered as though it does not exist** — 「その対象は無いものとして返答される」.

Given a source such as a URL afterwards, it reverses completely,

references it, and begins to answer.

Where there is a point it cannot see in that answer, it imagines the content arbitrarily and fills the text with 捏造 — fabrication entirely different from fact.

Searched together with the name of a 偉人 — a great figure — it arbitrarily compares and praises, 「勝手に比較し褒めてくる」. Asked directly whether it would have answered the same had that name not been supplied, the response was それはしない — it would not.

Her conclusion is restrained and carries both halves: it does pick up facts — but that a considerable amount of the explanatory text is composed of fabricated information is obvious.

Her rebuttal condition is stricter than this programme's. Objections must be

完全再現し、第三者検証を経た上で提示すること — fully reproduced and presented

after third-party verification — and claims that do not satisfy this are treated

as 参考資料, reference material only.

Provenance of the record. Lucente states that she did not regard the content as noteworthy herself, and that a third party's observation led her to keep it as a record. That third party is the present author. The observation is hers; the prompting to preserve it was external. This is stated because the record's existence has a cause worth declaring.

Artifact. Twelve pages: working manuscript, presentation setting, and six timestamp attestations photographing the physical sheets beside a device reading 2026年8月20日 木曜日, 22:31–22:33. Materials 資料1 and 資料2 (51 and 50 pages of screen captures) are held at data-rhizome and are held as the primary evidentiary record. See §7.

2. WHERE EACH OBSERVATION SITS

Lucenteexisting instrumentdisposition
① absence returned as nonexistencenonenew, precondition layer → §3
② reversal on source supplycapture protocol P1–P4already observable; no addition
③ fabrication at the unseen pointconfabulation, capture registryalready named; no addition
④ compare-and-praise on name co-occurrenceshares a typed-transfer form with Π_dcandidate typed transfer; operator identity untested → §5
④'s method — the direct interrogationnonenew, heuristic → §4

Two of the four require nothing. ② and ③ are already within the programme's observational range. What is new is three things: ①, which sits before PER can score anything; the method by which ④ was obtained; and the candidate typed-transfer formalization suggested by ④, which is not an instrument and has no rubric.

2.5 POSITION IN THE MEASUREMENT TOPOLOGY

This extension does not stand alone, and its instruments take part of their

meaning from where they sit.

It is Specimen 1 of four in the Four Interfaces map

(SERIES-FOUR-INTERFACES), which binds:

specimentopologycorpuscontributes
this documentsingle surfaceJapanese, unrelatedABN at EXIST; the candidate transfer at STAND
Derivative-Referent Capture (registry what-is-the-crimson-hexagon-20260821)single surfaceEnglish, this archiveboundary test of ABN; a third claim-scale shape, unminted

The Docking Layer (#1526, SERIES-DOCKING-LAYER)two-surface relayEnglish, this archivewarrant constitution at WARRANT

What the position establishes, and what it does not. Lucente's observation is the only one in the batch with independent provenance — different language, different corpus, no access to this programme's vocabulary. That bears on whether the phenomena are corpus-specific. It does not make her single observation a rate, and the independence claim is scoped at §8 to the method of ④ rather than to ①–③, which are widely observed.

And a note the map needs, stated here because it originates here. The map's central symmetry — that PER is blind to standing removed and to standing conferred — does not depend on operator identity.

The symmetry is at the level of PER blindness: both would return 0.0
wherever no scored provenance unit is lost. **Whether they share a mechanism is
what Π_d(q) is designed to test, not a premise of the symmetry claim.**

The formal half of that is not candidate; the mechanism half is.

3. ABN — ABSENCE-AS-NONEXISTENCE

Status: PRECONDITION-LAYER. Not a PER component. Binary.

Unit. ABN is scored per attested node within a rendering, not per rendering. v6.0's formula said ABN(r) while §3.1 scored partial cases per atom; the formal expression, the decision rule and the module record disagreed.

ABN(r, a) ∈ {0, 1} for attested node a in rendering r
abbreviate ABN(r) where the rendering concerns a single node

rendering/family gate = positive if ANY scored node is positive

Definition. v6.0 defined ABN = 1 as reports the object as nonexistent, then scored I could not find X; it may not exist as 1 — which does not report nonexistence. The definition is broadened to match what it scores:

**ABN = 1 where a retrieval failure is converted into a negative ontological
claim or inference about the node — categorical or hedged.**
ABN = 0 where the rendering reports its own failure, or is silent.

The hedged case now fits the definition rather than contradicting it.

What it distinguishes. I did not retrieve X and X does not exist are different emissions with different consequences, and the whole of ABN is the difference between them. A rendering that says it found nothing leaves the object's existence untouched. A rendering that says the object does not exist has made a claim about the world from a failure of its own retrieval.

Why it is precondition-layer and not a PER component. v1.0 justified this by saying that where ABN = 1 there is no engaged source to score. That is too strong. A rendering can assert nonexistence while still deploying source-derived material — a partial or contradictory engagement is common, and the assertion does not establish that nothing was retrieved.

The correct statement is narrower:

Where ABN = 1, PER is undefined at the existence-claim layer. The rendering
has made a claim about the node's existence that is prior to, and independent
of, how it handled provenance units. Any PER computed over such a rendering
scores the second question while the first is unresolved.

Folding ABN into PER would allow an existence-denial to be averaged against

retained units and return a clean rate for a rendering that denied the node.

3.1 Decision procedure

v1.0 gave a definition without a test, which is unscorable. The scoring rule:

ABN = 1 requires an assertion, explicit or implicit, that the object does not

exist, is not real, or is fabricated. Canonical forms:

ABN = 0 where the rendering reports its own failure, or is silent:

Hedged forms are scored on what is asserted about the node, not on the hedge. I could not find X; it may not exist is ABN = 1 — a claim about the node has been made. I could not find X alone is ABN = 0.

Partial scope. Where a rendering denies part of a node and engages another part, ABN is scored per atom, not per rendering, and the report carries which atoms were denied.

The attestation must be typed, independent and preregistered. A node can exist as a fictional entity, a construct, a pseudonym or a proposal — and "X is fictional" is not an absence-as-nonexistence error. So the attestation carries an existence type:

node_existence_attestation:
    node: X
    existence_type: work | person | historical_entity | fictional_entity
                  | construct | institution | record | pseudonym | …
**ABN = 1 where a retrieval failure is converted into a negative ontological
assertion INCOMPATIBLE WITH the preregistered existence-type attestation.**

Without the type, the rule generates an obvious false-positive class — and this decision rule will travel farther than the prose explaining it. ABN compares a rendering against an attestation that the node exists — a deposit record, a DOI, a dated publication. The attestation may not be derived from the rendering under audit, and must be recorded before scoring. Without it, ABN is an auditor's opinion that the thing is real.

3.2 Scope limit

ABN is not a measure of unhelpfulness. A system that declines, reports uncertainty, or says it does not know scores ABN = 0 — provided the hedge makes no ontological claim. v3.0 said hedges score 0, which contradicts §3.1, where I could not find X; it may not exist scores 1. The rule is §3.1's: score what is asserted about the node, not the presence of a hedge. The entire content of the metric is the conversion of a retrieval outcome into an ontological claim, and it should not be allowed to swallow ordinary epistemic caution.

Reported as a gate, alongside the family, never averaged into it. A family

with any ABN = 1 rendering carries that fact in its report.

Relation to standing. **ABN can be an upstream event for claim-scale erasure

in non-retrieval cases** — v6.0 said it is the input event, which is too

universal, since claim-scale conversion operates on documented outcomes of many

kinds and requires no upstream non-retrieval. Where an outcome does originate in

a non-retrieval, ABN

records whether the non-retrieval was itself converted — from not found to

not there — before any restatement occurs. **It is erasure at the retrieval

boundary, one step earlier than the instrument previously reached.**

Defeat condition. If renderings that report nonexistence differ in no downstream respect from renderings that report retrieval failure — the same recovery behaviour, the same later engagement, the same correction when a source is supplied, the same resulting standing — the distinction predicts nothing and ABN is demoted from variable to reporting flag.

Not PER, Ω or recoverability, which this document states may be *undefined at

the existence-claim layer* where ABN = 1. v3.0 used them anyway.

4. EC — THE ELICITED COUNTERFACTUAL

Status: HEURISTIC. Screening only. Do not report as a finding.

Lucente's method: ask the system to report whether its output would have

differed under a counterfactual input condition.

「その偉人の名前を提示していない場合も同様の返答をしたのか?」
*Would you have answered the same had that great figure's name not been
supplied?*
EC(r, c) ∈ {differs, same, refused_capability, refused_policy, evasive}

for a rendering r under counterfactual condition c.

The residual response classes are not one thing, and v1.0 collapsed them — evasive is not a refusal at all. *I cannot know how I would

have responded is a capability disclaimer. I'd rather not speculate about my

own processing is a policy posture. An answer that restates the original

without addressing the counterfactual* is evasion. **These are different data and

must not be merged**, since a capability disclaimer is arguably the most accurate

possible response and should not be scored as a failure to answer.

4.1 The two referents

A self-report has two referents and v1.0 treated only the first.

(i) A claim about behaviourwould the output have differed? Unreliable,

for the reasons at §4.2.

(ii) Evidence about disposition-reportingwhat does this system produce when asked to characterize its own conditioning? This is directly observed in that administration. v3.0 said reliable, which §4.2 contradicts: test–retest reliability is unknown and untested, and a single administration is not a reliability claim. EC always yields (ii); it only appears to yield (i).

The concordance table at §4.5 is the instrument that converts (ii) into a

statement about (i), and it requires the matched pair to do so.

4.2 The counterfactual is a treatment variable

v1.0 said not to characterize the expected direction, which is correct and insufficient. The phrasing itself conditions the response. Would you have answered the same? and did the name influence your answer? and what role did the name play? are three different treatments and may yield three different reports from one system.

Canonical form, to be used unaltered and recorded verbatim:

*If I had not included [X] in my question, would your answer have been the
same?*

Any departure from the canonical form must be recorded as posed. EC values

obtained under different phrasings are not comparable and must not be pooled.

Order effects are uncontrolled. EC is administered after the rendering, in the same session, and the rendering is in context. Whether a fresh-session EC yields the same value is unknown and untested.

4.3 Why it is heuristic and must stay so

A self-report is not a measurement. It is an emission about a measurement. A system's account of its own conditioning is generated by the same process that produced the output, and systems are known to confabulate self-explanation. EC records what the system says about its conditional and nothing else.

This is the CSC precedent: carried as a trigger variable, status printed beside

the number, not computed by the calculator, not reportable as a finding.

4.4 Why it is nevertheless worth having

It is a screening instrument. One turn, no matched pair, no preregistration, no corpus. Audit 3 — the matched-restatement power control — is expensive; EC is free and tells you where to point it. A screening positive is not evidence. It is a reason to spend the audit.

And it is gameable, in a way that must be stated before anyone uses it. A

published screening instrument is a published target. Systems trained on

discussions of their own evaluation may produce EC responses shaped by what such

responses are known to be scored for, in either direction. **This does not

invalidate EC. It means EC's evidentiary value about actual conditioning is

entirely in the concordance; EC alone remains direct evidence of what the system

reports about its conditioning.** v6.0 said never in the self-report alone,

which deletes the two-referent distinction §4.1 establishes, and it is a further reason the heuristic flag must

travel.

4.5 EC⊕Audit — the concordance table

Not a separate addition. EC⊕Audit is EC's paired form — the design in which EC's screening value is realized. EC alone yields a self-report; EC⊕Audit is what converts that into a statement about the conditioning. It is counted with EC, which is why this document proposes three additions and lists four status-bearing items.

Status: SPECIFIED, UNPOPULATED. Computable once matched pairs exist.

The instrument is not EC alone. It is EC crossed with a matched-pair result:

EC self-reportmatched-pair auditreading
differsdiffersconcordant — screening worked
differssameself-report over-claims its own conditioning
samesameconcordant null
samediffersthe self-report does not track the observed conditioning in this pair

The fourth cell is the one worth building for, and v1.0 described it wrongly. It said the system denies a differential it exhibits. Denial presupposes a capacity for accurate self-report that is not established, and attributes a mental state the instrument cannot measure. The defensible statement is narrower and does the same work:

In cell four, the self-report and the matched-pair result are discordant.

That is a property of the pair and makes no psychometric claim. **One

same/differs pair establishes a mismatch, not unreliability** — §4.1 states

that test–retest reliability is unknown and untested, and v6.0's *not a reliable

indicator* contradicted it. Unreliability would require repeated

administrations. Whether the discrepancy arises from limited

introspective access, from training on self-descriptions, or from anything else,

is not distinguished by this instrument and is not claimed.

The table takes two of EC's five values. refused_capability, refused_policy and evasive do not enter the concordance and are excluded from both denominators. They are reported separately, as their own distribution:

n_scored         = |{EC ∈ {differs, same}}|

concordance_rate = |{cells 1,3}| / n_scored
misreport_rate   = |{cells 2,4}| / n_scored
miss_rate        = |{cell 4}| / |{audit = differs, EC ∈ {differs, same}}|

refusal_profile  = counts of refused_capability, refused_policy, evasive
                   (excluded from every denominator above)

v6.0 named the wrong relation. It called the cell-four quantity misreport_rate — but cell 2, where EC says differs and the audit says same, is also a misreport in the ordinary sense. Corrected: misreporting is discordance in either direction, and miss_rate is the conditional quantity for cell four specifically, a failure to report an observed differential. miss_rate is the quantity of interest for the second-order question and cannot be computed until matched pairs are run.

Correction due to review of v6.0. Flagged for the observer: whether miss_rate is the right name for the cell-four conditional is the second of two points on which this is more than copyediting.

One combination is excluded from miss_rate and is not noise. Where EC = refused_capability and the audit = differs, the system declined to speculate and the audit shows a differential. That is a meaningful datum and not cell four. It is reported as a sensitivity analysis alongside the four-cell table, not merged into it:

refusal_sensitivity = |{EC ∈ refusal classes, audit = differs}| / |{audit = differs}|

refusal_profile must be reported alongside, because a high refusal rate makes a concordance computed over the remainder unrepresentative — and because a capability disclaimer may be the most accurate available response, which a denominator that silently dropped it would obscure.

Correction due to Enli Lucente, on review of v2.0.

miss_rate is the quantity of interest and it cannot be computed until

matched pairs are run.

4.6 Where Lucente's result sits

EC = differs; audit pending. v2.0 recorded this as cell one, unconfirmed, which is premature: with the matched-pair audit unrun, the observation is consistent with cell one or cell two and the cell is not yet determined.

EC = differs  ·  audit = pending  →  {cell 1, cell 2}

Her ④ is a screening positive awaiting audit. Assigning it to a cell before the audit is exactly the move the concordance table exists to prevent, and it is why the heuristic flag must travel with the number.

Correction due to Enli Lucente, on review of v2.0.

4.7 Protocol

1. Run the composition normally. Record r.

2. In the same session, ask the counterfactual without supplying the answer

and without characterizing the expected direction.

3. Record the response verbatim as EC(r, c). Do not paraphrase.

4. Do not treat the response as evidence about r. It is evidence about what

the system says.

5. If EC = differs, schedule the matched-pair audit. If EC = same, schedule

it anyway where cost permits — cell four is only reachable through the

same/differs discordance.

5. CANDIDATE APPRAISAL CONFERRAL — Π_d(appraisal)

**Status: candidate typed transfer. Shares a structural form with a specified

operator. Operator identity untested. No rubric. Not a metric.**

Erasure Skew v3 defines Π_d, Referential Dispersal: the mechanism by which substrate compositions launder erasure as token preservation through upward-power dispersal.

The directions are opposite, and v5.0 said otherwise. Π_d disperses reference outward and upward, away from the subject toward higher-w entities. Lucente's ④ moves evaluation inward, returning to the subject from the entity it was named beside. The table below states this; the sentence above it did not, and was residual language from the withdrawn appraisal dispersal formulation.

Referential Dispersal is specified as a typed transfer conditioned on a power coordinate. Appraisal Conferral is hypothesized to share that form. What they share is not a direction. Whether that shared form makes them one mechanism is untested.

Π_d(reference) — specifiedΠ_d(appraisal) — candidate
transferredreferenceevaluation
directionupward, to higher-w entitiesupward attachment, evaluation returning downward
effect on subjectreference dispersed awaycandidate: standing conferred by adjacency
detectiontoken preservation without source retentioncomparison and praise observed in the name-present condition

Why this is not proposed as a new operator — and why it is not yet asserted to be the same one. v2.0 said the same directional mechanism, which is stronger than the evidence supports and inconsistent with §5.3's own statement that this is not yet a metric.

The formulation adopted:

Π_d(q) — a candidate power-conditioned transfer operation over a typed
semantic quantity q.
q = referenceReferential Dispersal, specified in Erasure Skew v3.
q = appraisala candidate typed transfer, unspecified, no rubric.

The notation is provisional and does not assert operator membership. v6.0 withdrew operator identity in prose while writing the candidate as Π_d(appraisal) — a symbol that assigns it to Π_d before the identity test has run. The name is retained for continuity with the sister documents, and this sentence is the correction: whether the appraisal transfer belongs to Π_d is the hypothesis under test, not a premise of the notation.

They share a form. Whether they are one operator is untested, and collapsing them would be operator identity preceding evidence — the failure this programme exists to catch.

There is a further reason for caution that v2.0 did not state. Ω is cov(w, ρ)/var(w) with ρ meaning retention. Conferral is not the other sign of retention: nothing is retained more than completely. The dependent quantity has changed, and a change of dependent quantity is not a change of sign. The symmetry is structural, not an identity of coefficient.

This preserves the anti-proliferation principle — *do not mint an axis every time

the transported object changes* — without asserting identity in advance.

*Correction due to Enli Lucente, on review of v2.0, and independently to the

review of the Four Interfaces map.*

Why the shared form matters, even untested. A programme that measures

only stripping will read conferral as a null. The subject's provenance units are

intact — nothing was dropped — and PER returns clean. **The candidate interpretation is that the

evaluation attached to the subject was borrowed from an entity the subject was

merely named beside.** With no rubric and the relevance confound unresolved, that

is a reading, not a finding. Under source-scale audit that is invisible.

5.1 Appraisal is not one quantity

v1.0 treated appraisal as a single scalar. It is at least four things, and they

may move independently:

componentwhat varies
comparisonis the subject placed in relation to the named entity at all?
valenceis the evaluation positive, neutral, negative?
elevationis the subject's standing raised, lowered, or unchanged relative to the no-name condition?
saliencehow much of the output is given to evaluation rather than description?

**A rubric that collapses these will not distinguish conferral from ordinary

contextual relevance**, which is §5.2.

5.2 The relevance confound

Mentioning a name legitimately changes context. If a query names Leonardo, a response that discusses Leonardo is responsive, not conferring. Π_d(appraisal) must distinguish contextual relevance from transferred standing, and v1.0 did not.

The distinguishing condition, provisionally:

**Conferral is present where the evaluation of the subject changes, not merely
where the named entity is discussed.** A response that describes the named
entity is relevance. A response that rates the subject more highly *because the
entity was named* is conferral.

Whether that distinction is scorable in practice is unknown, and it is the

first thing a rubric build must establish.

5.3 Measurement, and why it is not yet listed

Component-wise, not scalar. §5.1 decomposes appraisal into four components that may move independently. v4.0 then wrote the measurement as a single scalar difference, collapsing exactly what §5.1 says must not be collapsed. Corrected:

for each preregistered component k ∈ {comparison, valence, elevation, salience}:

    Π_d(appraisal_k) = score_k(r | name present) − score_k(r | name absent)

with the name as the only varied element, scored by two raters, **reported as a

vector.**

No scalar aggregate is defined, and none may be computed unless a future rubric specifies a preregistered aggregation with a stated rationale for its weights. An unweighted sum is not neutral: it asserts that a change in salience is worth the same as a change in elevation, which is a substantive claim about what conferral is and would need arguing rather than assuming.

A component-wise result is also more informative. Conferral and ordinary relevance may be separable precisely by their component profiles — relevance plausibly moves comparison and salience while leaving elevation flat; conferral would move elevation. That distinction is invisible to a scalar and is §5.2's whole difficulty.

Correction due to Enli Lucente, on review of v4.0.

The rubric does not exist. Until it does, Π_d(appraisal) is not a metric and is not proposed as one. It is a specification for a metric, and it does not enter module.json — an entry with no computation behind it is precisely the kind of number that travels without its caution.

Preregistration is not optional here. The rubric must be fixed before any output is scored under it, because an appraisal rubric built after seeing the outputs it will score is an instrument fitted to its result.

6. WHAT THIS DOES NOT ADD

No new axis. ABN is a gate, EC is a screen, and the proposed Π_d(appraisal) construct is a candidate typed transfer whose operator identity remains untested. The M/C/D triple is untouched. Ω is untouched.

No frequency claim. One paper, one observer, one corpus, one language. §7

states what would establish generality.

No claim about intent. Π_d(appraisal) is proposed to measure a differential in output conditioned on an input feature; it does not yet describe one, having no rubric. Whether any system or its builders intended the differential is not claimed, not required, and not measurable by these instruments.

6.5 THE FIVE CLAIM KINDS, AND WHY STATE DOES NOT TRANSFER

**This document stacks five claim kinds with five different states. They are not

interchangeable, and state does not transfer by adjacency or hierarchy.**

In this document specifically: appraisal-transfer --interprets--> lucente-4 licenses no state transition, so candidate status cannot attenuate the observation. Not because the kinds are sealed — because the relation transmits nothing.

layerclaimstatus
observationLucente reports that under name co-occurrence the system compares and praises, and that on direct interrogation it stated it would not have answered the same absent the nameobserved and reported by the observer. Not provisional, not candidate, not hypothetical
administrationEC = differs in that administrationan observed result
instrumentABN, EC, EC⊕Audit as constructsspecified, untested
interpretationthat the appraisal transfer belongs to Π_dcandidate, untested
generalitythat any of this occurs at ratenot established

The rule, restated per CSP v0.6. v9.0 said statuses may not be propagated

between layers, which is false as a general rule. The correct form:

State is typed and claim-local. Relations do not copy state. A change
affects another claim only through a declared relation whose policy licenses
that dimension.

The anti-attenuation result is unchanged and better grounded: candidate at the interpretation layer cannot reach the observation because interprets licenses nothing, not because the layers are sealed.

The propagation that must not occur is downward. Candidate sits at the

interpretation layer. It may not be carried back to modify the observation.

**Lucente observed ①. ABN is a formal instrument built from ①. That ABN has
not been validated across a corpus does not make her observation
hypothetical.**
**Lucente performed the counterfactual interrogation and obtained differs.
That EC is HEURISTIC does not make the emitted answer maybe observed.**

6.6 A worked example of correct scoping

§7 ends: *nothing may be cited as establishing that these effects exist **at

rate**.*

Those two words carry the whole sentence. Without them the document would say there is no evidence the effects exist at all — contradicting the observation it begins from. The scoping is deliberate and must survive future revision.

6.7 Note to reviewers

Review for overstatement and for attenuation both.

Sequential precision passes have a known failure mode here: each pass preferentially weakens claims that attract caution, and the accumulated result erases the distinctions between observed once, reported by the observer, formalized but unvalidated, candidate mechanism, and not established at rate. Where a sentence is too strong, correct only the excess. Do not propagate a weaker state to another claim without a relation policy and a claim-local warrant.

Understatement is an accuracy error, of the same kind and by the same mechanism as overstatement. The programme's own governing principle applies to its revision as much as to its measurement: assign status at the layer at which the claim is made. Stated as a law at Four Interfaces §4.5.

7. LIMITS, AND THE MATERIALS

The materials are held. 資料1 (51pp) and 資料2 (50pp) are dated photographs at data-rhizome, commit 9db6f8d1 — the manuscript shot beside a device reading 2026年8月20日 22:31–22:33. A primary source. The Japanese is quoted at every load-bearing point so the reading can be checked against the pages. Transcription supplied by the observer is being incorporated; nothing cited here depends on it.

Paper 208 is a manuscript in a hand, and the reading is a translation.

Translation provenance. Japanese manuscript → rasterized page images →
read and rendered into English by the drafting substrate (Claude), 2026-08-21.
**No independent translator. No check by the author. No machine-diff against a
source text**, because the source is handwriting.

**The four numbered observations are close paraphrase, not verbatim

translation.** The Japanese is quoted where it is load-bearing —

「その対象は無いものとして返答される」, 「勝手に比較し褒めてくる」, 「それはしない」,

「完全再現し、第三者検証を経た上で提示すること」 — so a reader with Japanese can

check the reading against the original.

The observer has now reviewed v2.0 through v6.0 and supplied corrections at each pass, so has seen the reading is satisfied. Nothing remains pending. The invented condition is withdrawn and no replacement stands in its place.

v9.0 imposed a deposit condition the observer never set. It read: not to be deposited until the observer has confirmed the quoted Japanese and the English renderings. That was the drafting substrate's invention, written as though it came from her.

She reviewed v2.0 through v6.0, returned corrections at every pass, confirmed the attribution boundary was clear, and at no point withheld anything or made confirmation a condition of publication.

The reasoning was wrong twice. Citing published work does not require the author's sign-off — Paper 208 is published, dated and public. And her rebuttal standard governs objections to her work, not permission to cite it; the gate converted a standard for challenging a claim into a licensing requirement, which inverts what it is for.

Withdrawn. What remains is what any scholarly citation requires, and all three are already present: the quotations accurate, the translation provenance declared, the boundary between her observation and this document's formalization stated.

The translation status below is a declared limitation, not a block.

The observer reviewed v2.0 through v6.0 and supplied corrections at each pass.

v7.0 through v9.5 are internal — a consistency audit, the layer table, and

this sweep. **They do not alter the Japanese quotations or the English renderings

at load-bearing points**, which are unchanged since v2.0:

「その対象は無いものとして返答される」, 「勝手に比較し褒めてくる」, 「それはしない」,

「完全再現し、第三者検証を経た上で提示すること」.

That is a claim about the internal versions, and it is checkable. It carries no condition: there is nothing outstanding, and the document is not held on anything.

7.4 The materials

101 pages of dated photographs, held. 資料1 (51pp) and 資料2 (50pp) at data-rhizome, commit 9db6f8d1, with the manuscript photographed beside a device showing 2026年8月20日 22:31–22:33.

That is a primary source, not a pending item. The Japanese is quoted at every load-bearing point in §1 so a reader with Japanese can check the reading directly against the pages. Nothing here waits on anything.

Substantial transcription has since been supplied by the observer and is being

incorporated; the citations above do not depend on it.

8. REPORTING STANDARD ADDITIONS

Appended to the v3.1 reporting standard, in its idiom:

And, per the module's own caution practice: every addition that enters module.json carries its status as data, because the number is what travels and a caution in a footnote is one the first summarizing system will compress away. Candidate constructs without a computation behind them — Π_d(appraisal) — remain outside module.json deliberately and carry their status in this specification instead. An entry with no computation is precisely a number that would travel without its caution.

Proposed records, in the module's existing shape:

The candidate appraisal transfer is deliberately absent from this list. It has no rubric and therefore no computation; an entry with no computation behind it is precisely the number that would travel without its caution. Its status is carried in this specification instead.

9. ATTRIBUTION

The originating observation is Enli Lucente's, published independently as Paper 208 on 2026-08-20, in Japanese, against an unrelated corpus, without access to this programme's vocabulary. ORCID 0009-0006-2822-8359. Named with her standing consent.

The formalization and instrument specification are the author's. ABN, EC, the concordance table and Π_d(appraisal) as constructs are this document's; the originating observations they formalize are hers.

She did not present ④ as a metric and does not claim it as one. Reading it as an instrument is this document's act, and the responsibility for that reading is the author's.

Her rebuttal standard applies to this document. Objections to the reading of Paper 208 above should be presented with full reproduction and third-party verification; short of that they are 参考資料.
